Our Process

The Balance Wheel Strategic Plan™ is our patented and proprietary system for business success. It was created by our founder Bill Kneebusch. Bill developed this system over the past three decades, applying this process in every business he started, acquired or sold. Simply stated, the Balance Wheel Strategic plan is a process that helps business owners allocate available resources to support the core strength (Business Differentiator) of their business.

This four-step process has been used in each of Bill’s 20 plus start-ups, and is his proven system for sustainable wealth building. This process is woven into the tapestry of Blacklist Consulting with every team member holding steadfastly to these principles.

Assessment

The Blacklist process begins with an assessment. This is the fundamental first step in establishing a baseline.This baseline serves as the anchor point for all strategic decisions going forward. This process relies on gathering a fact-based perspective on critical items related to your business. Additionally we try to gain a deep understanding of potential failures that were averted and why.
